I can't recall if that's a SCAD building or not. Some of them are ninjas like that. When in doubt, check the SCAD map--most of them are marked for convenience there.
Also, make sure to sneak up to the chateau on a clear night with your best mates at least once. There are so many stars you'd think Mufasa'd pop out of the clouds sooner or later.
